Drive and control unified v brake motor

Our newly developed super-mini v brake motor for e-bike integrates efficient drive and control system, owns smaller volume, lighter weight, less noise and more energy-efficient. Its peak efficiency has reached more than 84%.

Recently we marketed a type of intelligent motor for electric bicycle. The output torque can automatically adjust as requirement between 0~50N/m steplessly. For example, the torque will increase automatically when climbing. In opposite, it will reduce in order to save energy when riding on flat ground or down hill. The motor can identify the riding condition and own the function of dormancy and arousing. The weight of motor is only 1.2kg, and diameter is only 90mm, which break through the first generation motor. At present, the motor is in mass production.

Operation: Pedal Assist or add throttle function

Pedal assist work automatically when you start pedaling. The motor assistance will come on to assist you when you pedal. It will make pedaling really easy, you will feel like cycling with constant tail wind. The motor will automatically turned off when you stop pedaling or press the brake.

Our motors have three different voltages, 24V, 36 V and 33V. 33V is a little special, which is used to support our water bottle shaped battery, cause the water bottle frame of the bicycle is fixed, so we just design like that. There are two capacities, 6.3Ah and 9.3Ah.

Also we can offer you the LED display or LCD diaplay.

The LCD one, you can also adjust the boosting rate by moving the button from L to H. People can see the load of battery, speed, time, distance...
